Amazon Accelerate 2024 offered a platform for groundbreaking innovation, and Xmars was at the heart of the action. From September 17-19, we showcased our AI-driven Ad platform, demonstrating how it’s transforming the way sellers, brands and agencies run their Amazon Ads. Here are some highlights we unveiled and the valuable insights it provides for advertisers.

Simplifying AMC with no-code solutions

Before the event officially kicked off, we hosted a dinner with industry thought leaders, focusing on the challenges of working with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). The consensus? While AMC is incredibly powerful, it’s also complex, often requiring SQL expertise and manual analysis to extract actionable insights.  

To address these challenges, Xmars developed 10 pre-built, no-code AMC models that make it significantly easier to extract valuable insights from AMC without requiring technical expertise. These models enable advertisers to analyze customer journeys and optimize their ad spend based on the data. They also allow for the creation of precise audience segments by tracking behaviors such as product views, add-to-cart actions, and branded searches. Furthermore, the models help measure new-to-brand conversions, enabling smarter targeting and more efficient budget allocation.

By eliminating the need for SQL coding, our no-code models help brands and agencies tap into AMC’s full potential faster and more efficiently, giving them access to granular insights that drive real-time campaign optimization.

At the Xmars booth, attendees engaged with our ad experts while enjoying refreshments from a coffee cart and a spritz cart. We also delighted guests with custom-designed AI robot and AMC Hub cloud stuffies, which were a big hit!

Visitors experienced our AI-powered tools firsthand through live demos, showcasing how Xmars simplifies campaign optimization by automatically reallocating budgets for maximum impact. Our platform streamlines bid optimization, directing ad spend toward high-converting opportunities as results come in.  

Additionally, Xmars automates audience targeting and keyword management, reducing wasted spend and keeping ads relevant. We introduced Xmars AMC Hub, allowing brands to fully leverage AMC without needing a tech team. With an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, advertisers can effortlessly create custom audience segments, run complex analyses, and track performance metrics—all without writing a single line of code. Day One: Optimizing Amazon Ad campaigns with Xmars AI Copilot

Day one of the event featured a session by our Account Executive, David Liggins II, who highlighted how our AI technology is reshaping Amazon advertising. David emphasized that to stay competitive, brands need to focus on more than just short-term wins—they need to incorporate mid- and upper-funnel strategies to build sustainable, long-term growth.

David’s session also dove deep into Xmars’ 8 AI Action Spaces, which are specifically designed to streamline and automate the most critical parts of Amazon advertising. These action spaces automate key processes like:

  • Bid and Budget Optimization: Xmars AI constantly monitors campaign performance, adjusting bids and reallocating budgets in real time to ensure the highest possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Campaign Structure Optimization: The AI recommends the ideal structure for campaigns based on goals, optimizing performance across multiple ad types.
  • Keyword Harvesting and Negation: Our AI identifies the highest-performing keywords and automatically negates underperforming ones, ensuring your ads are always relevant.

On Day 1 of Amazon Accelerate, Xmars and Monks also hosted a rooftop Happy Hour at Terra Plata, offering Amazon sellers and brands a chance to network while enjoying locally sourced hors d'oeuvres. Attendees connected with industry experts, discussed conference insights, and explored how Xmars AI Copilot can optimize their Amazon ad campaigns.

Day two: AMC for Sponsored Ads and deeper insights

During a panel titled Unlock a New Way to Optimize Your Holistic Advertising Portfolio, featuring our CEO, Kashif Zafar, he discussed how AMC is transforming advertising strategies by providing unparalleled insights into audience behavior and campaign performance. A key highlight was the announcement that AMC will soon be available to Sponsored Ads users, in addition to DSP users—an expansion that garnered significant attention. This development is set to transform how advertisers utilize AMC, enabling more precise and actionable insights across their campaigns.  

Throughout the day, we continued to demonstrate how Xmars AMC Hub provides even deeper insights into advertising campaigns. Our platform makes it simple to:

  1. Analyze customer behavior at a granular level, allowing advertisers to understand how their ads influence purchasing decisions over time.
  1. Build complex audience segments based on a variety of touchpoints (e.g., views, clicks, purchases) to create highly targeted campaigns.
  1. Track new-to-brand conversions and measure customer lifetime value, enabling advertisers to optimize their ad spend for long-term growth.

On Day 2 of Amazon Accelerate, we hosted Xmars Afterdark at The Nest, Thompson Seattle’s rooftop bar. This exclusive happy hour offered a refreshing escape from the conference, featuring breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Attendees enjoyed handcrafted cocktails and fine wines while networking and discovering how Xmars can optimize their Amazon ad campaigns.  

Day three: Wrapping up a successful week

The last day rounded out the week with more in-depth sessions, powerful discussions, and final demos of our platform. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, joined our events, or connected with us online. It’s been an amazing experience, and we’re so excited to keep these conversations going!
